These sessions are dedicated to help guide students in the right direction for success at Nash CC. This session is specific to learning (or refining) some stress management skills that will help you be successful throughout your educational journey. Each month, a $25 gift card will be raffle off. For each student that attends on workshop, their name will be entered into the drawing. The more you attend, the more times your name gets placed in the drawing.
